We get to dance at great festivals around the UK (and occasionally abroad), as well as more local fun to be had at pub evenings in the Summer, meeting with other dance groups. First up for 2008 so far is Chippenham folk festival which takes place on bank Holiday weekend at the end of May. We'd like to get to an International dance fest in Barcelona or Prague next year too. But we also really enjoy getting together for low key stuff. There are music practice evenings at the pub - on Mondays if you prefer to / or also play an instrument. Pretty much any instrument can work for dance folk tunes! A grand piano might be a bit of a challenge...we do have a double bass player who occasionally takes her instrument with her! Get in touch.
